We collect Personal Information about you whenever you use our services (whether services provided directly by us or by other companies or agents acting on our behalf), when you travel or book with us. We need to interact across our business and with external third parties to collect your information and provide you with the travel experience, products and services you request. This may include interactions about bookings and other transactions, communications and marketing, programs and membership services, employment applications, competitions, promotions and surveys or by visiting our website. We may collect your information through trusted parties, such as travel agents, corporate travel arrangers, financial, business and retail partner programs, call centers, freight companies, airport and aviation security and management, airlines, marketing and analytical services, competitions, promotions and survey providers. We may also collect your information that is publicly available, for example through social media or public directories. By actively using our products or availing our Membership, you hereby grant your express and continuing consent to allow the aforementioned groups to process your personal information and use it for the following: product offering, cross selling, respond to inquiry, participate in certain promotions or to conduct survey on how to improve our business. We highly value the personal information collected and stored with us and make sure that it is protected from possible threats. Our office has put in place the necessary technical, organizational and physical measures to make sure that your data is kept safe and secure.

For Members and Site Visitors

Booking Conditions and Policies

  • Please be informed that due to hotel policy for this period, whole period is guaranteed. Full charges may apply for any cancellation, amendment, no show, or early check out. Packages are non-refundable. Late check-out shall be equivalent to one (1) night.

 

  • Any unused tours and services are non-refundable in case of missed transfer. NO REFUND for passengers who are denied boarding in the Philippines or denied entry by the immigration at the point of destination.

 

  • The company, hotels, airlines and its partner will not be liable for any delay, or failure to provide services or cancellations cause by force majeure such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, reason of war, terrorist act, civil commotion, or order any government authority or any other conditions beyond our control. Penalties may apply, or in most cases, packages and airfares are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non re-bookable.

 

  • For airport pick-up, representative will just wait an hour after arrival. In case of delay in the immigration, it is your responsibility to contact the emergency number provided below. In case you cannot find the representative, please call emergency numbers or send as an SMS/ e-mail.

 

  • Please prepare an extra amount of cash, some hotels may require security/incidental deposit that may be equivalent to one (1) night but the said amount is totally consumable or refundable upon check out.

Membership Terms and Conditions

  • All Dine and Travel International members must make their Hotels and Resort reservation or Airline ticket inquiry, bookings or reservation through D & T Mktg. Services Int’l Corp. only and subject to prior reservation at least 48 hrs. before check-in date.

  • All expenses related to Hotel / Resort occupancy and or Airline ticket booking shall be payable to D & T Mktg. Services Int’l Corp. only. Payments for confirmed bookings should be made direct to D&T MKTG SERVICES INT’L CORP. only.

 

  • All payments made are subject to booking/reservation policy.

 

  • In the event the Member failed to receive the agreed discount between the affiliates and D&T Mktg. the member must report the transaction in writing attaching the sales of voucher or any evidence of the transaction. D&T Mktg. would terminate the Agreement provided that the document attached thereto is in good condition, without any alteration. In the event that the cancellation has been made, Full refund of Membership fee is contingent on the bank premises and charges.
